I found this article in Women's Day and wanted to share. I try to keep my blog PG so if this article is offensive to you please let me know. I like it because it goes to show you that exercise make everything better. Most people that exercise need some type of motivation. Everyone is not self motivated and they need something to look forward too, whether it's losing weight in certain areas (which there is no such thing as spot losing), fitting in a certain outfit or lifestyle changes. Sometimes these things are not enough, but if you mention a boosting in bedroom skills 9 out of 10 people tune in. If that have to be your motivation to live a better, healthier life then so be it.
